The new campus is a state-of-the-art environment that emphasises openness, collaboration and a modern mindset for the older students, including the schools first Sixth Form cohort.

As well as housing classrooms, technology facilities, sports facilities and a unique contemporary library, the building also incorporates the latest ideas and up-to-date features such as a 3D printing room and creative breakout spaces. The campus feels like a modern work-place, preparing students for university and future employment.

The space has been carefully designed with wide corridors and stairwells, and huge floor-to-ceiling windows and skylights to make the most use of natural light. The aim of this open design is to create a stress-free and stimulating environment for the students to learn, study and relax in.

“The new building and its facilities has been greeted with a great deal of excitement from students, teachers and parents alike. We are extremely proud to have such a fantastic campus on site and I’m looking forward to watching the children thrive and grow in their new environment” said Derek Mackey, Secondary School Headteacher.

The new campus has freed up more space for the Primary School children in the old campus, which has also had some facility updates, such as two new and improved libraries.
