BSN Celebrates 10 Year Milestone
The British School of Nanjing celebrates its 10th anniversary.

Monday 21st August marked the 10th anniversary for The British School of Nanjing (BSN.)
On the first day back at school, staff, students, parents and guests celebrated the anniversary by engaging in a range of activities including football, a scavenger hunt, and a 3D “Treasure Hunt” to learn more about the teachers in the school.
Festivities continued into a formal assembly in which education representatives of both local government and the British Consulate attended. Headmaster, Mr Shephard, spoke about the vast growth the school has seen over the past 10 years, from a small number of students and limited resources, to the present day world-class facilities which cater to over 300 students.
The student band “Last Minute,” student dancer Jacinda Huang, and the staff band provided entertainment in between speeches. The assembly was finalised with the blowing of the candles and handing out of cupcakes in school colours.
